Market Dojo is delighted to announce the release of a new user interface for our navigation!
We have sought to minimise the number of clicks to carry out any process, whilst also ensuring that each module has bespoke functionality, reducing confusion and improving clarity.
The first big change you will notice, is that you’re now directed to select the module you want to work in before proceeding. For new users, this is a more approachable interface, rather than showing all the inner-module options at once.
In addition to the logo indicator, the drop-down will show the module you are within and then provide jumping off points for the other modules and home dashboard.
The secondary navigation options shown to the right of the drop-down are now tailored to the module you are viewing. This has removed some of the previous confusion where everything was shown together, and allowed us to provide additional useful links in SIM, Contracts & SRM Dojo with the space we have saved.
When opening up the module drop-down, users can also have displayed their own bespoke links, to make it easier to jump into other systems and provide a centralised location for all useful pages; be that an intranet resource or another tool.
For users with access to Display Settings they will be directed to create links in the case where they do not yet exist. This can be done quickly, by simply adding a URL and a text label.
This part of the navigation is also where we will display links to Reporting and Per Angusta if these have been configured by your company.
For our admin users we have dedicated a lot of time to ensuring that making configuration changes is as quick as possible.
Within the Admin drop-down you will now see a heading for each of the locations around our tool that you have access to. Under each one will then be the unique settings tabs dedicated to that area. Meaning that from any page, admins can get to the exact location they need to make alterations.
Finally, for our hosts looking to deliver a more bespoke experience for their users within the tool, we have expanded our white-labelling functionality.
Within display settings, by configuring a unique ‘web address’, complimentary settings will trigger business branding when users navigate to that URL; this will happen by default when host and participant users access your events.
The text and background colour will affect the header bar, as can be seen below.
There are then two image options; one for changing the logo shown in the top left on all pages, and the favicon option will change the image shown in the browser tab as well as the module logos within the drop-down.
