Eleanor Towers is Market Dojo's Customer Success Manager. El's role is to ensure the successful use of the software by our customers. This includes a range of different tasks such as identifying opportunities to use the software and best practice techniques through to customer guides and information on the latest developments.
The Customer Success team ultimately provide additional customer support for the creation of sourcing or supplier onboarding events. By helping customers find success in these areas it enables greater user adoption of the software and thus delivers greater benefits to their organisation. If any customer has a question, El is ready to support via email, phone or even face-to-face meetings.
Alun Rafique, Co-Founder of Market Dojo, started the business alongside Nick Drewe and Nic Martin. The team saw an opportunity in the procurement world to help buyers with negotiating (via reverse auctions), by creating an easy to use, on-demand platform. The founders of Market Dojo have backgrounds covering purchasing and software development as well as sales and marketing. This has been obtained through experience with consultancies, blue chip organisations and many varied software industries. The balance in these core skills has helped develop solutions for procurement teams to deliver real value while mitigating risk. It has also helped Market Dojo create a friendly environment focused on customer success and a business which has grown strongly year on year.
