Free Covid-19 RFI template for you and your suppliers

The team at Market Dojo have had several meetings over the last week to discuss how we can help businesses’ in this unprecedented time of need.

We realise that one of the most critical aspects of every supply chain’s integrity is the power of information. In this time of uncertainty, keeping the messages flowing through your supply chain and regular communication with your suppliers is key to everyone staying on the same page and supporting one another.

For this reason, we would like to offer all businesses the opportunity to use our platform for running a Covid-19 RFI. To make the process as simple as possible, our team have also put together a global template that can be used for free.

To get started, you will simply need to follow these steps:

• Sign up for free on www.marketdojo.com (unless you already have an account)
• Click ‘New Event’
• Load the “COVID-19 Risk Awareness RFI” from the global templates.
• Make any tweaks & upload the email addresses of any Participants / Respondents
• Drop us a note on support@marketdojo.com for the free credits to publish your RFI.
• Publish the RFI and hopefully uncover risks and ideas to collaborate with your suppliers in this time of need.

Our RFI template can be used to communicate your current situation with your suppliers, offer advice, or ask any questions that might need answering. The template is tailored to help both parties understand each other’s situation and identify any potential innovative collaboration or contingency plans.

Here are the types of questions found in our RFI template:

• Please explain what impact COVID-19 has had on your business, or could have in the near future? 
• What measures have you, or will you, be putting in place to mitigate this?
• Please list your top 5 suppliers, the services they provide, their country of origin and their risk profile to your operations.
• Please explain how you are protecting your workforce, particularly those at higher risk.
• How are you protecting Workers Rights throughout this outbreak?
• How are you prioritising and allocating the available supply for fulfilment to customers?
