Design, Build And Support Of Events

Our Customer Success and Support teams work with you to sculpt your eSourcing & supplier onboarding events.

Advice is always free, but if you’re short of time why not get our team to build, or even support your events.

Bespoke Developments

If you require additional functionality or developmental changes to the tool, these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Typically developments must be in line with our roadmap and clients will pay ~⅓ of the cost [see proposal template]

Fully Managed Supplier Onboarding Service

For as little as £10 per supplier, Market Dojo can take care of your supplier onboarding process.

Allow our team to invite and expedite suppliers, review submissions for accuracy, conduct credit checks and pass on to final approvers.

Conducting Opportunity Assessment Workshops Using Category Dojo

We will help take your team through our tool and build initial category strategies using Category Dojo.

Advice given with a licence, although more in-depth advice can be put together.

Additional User Training

All our tools are built with ease-of-use in mind, however we understand there might be times you need a helping hand.

Our procurement experts are available for individual or team training sessions, covering best practice usage of our tools.

Our Customer Success and Support teams are always happy to hit the road, offering on-site expert advice on your major procurement projects.

Pricing

Most services can be purchased at increments of £250 per half-day remote work, or £500 per full day of on-site work excluding expenses.

The exact amount of time required will be agreed in advance based on the availability and precision of your existing procedures, documentation and data.

Bespoke URL / White-Labelling

Personalise your Market Dojo tools by creating a custom URL and white-labelled tool, complete with your own branding and colours. Your own branding will be shown in all your communications from within the tool, through to your outgoing emails.
