New release – December 2019

Team Dojo wishes all our users a Happy New Year and an excellent 2020 to come!

Going back to December, we rounded off 2019 with a number of enhancements to make our modules quicker and simpler to use.

Here are the latest feature releases from our development team: 

Numeric Questions

A new question type is now available when constructing questionnaires in Market or SIM Dojo. Hosts can determine how many decimal places should be permitted and also optionally set a suffix.

This suffix field can be used to specify the units you wish to receive your answer in e.g. ‘miles’ or ‘km’, or alternatively by entering ‘%’ or ‘:1’ the participant can be prompted to enter a percentage or ratio respectively.

Quick Quotes Cloning

When cloning an event from the dashboard, hosts now have the additional option to clone a quick quote event. Similar to the existing Market Dojo cloning, the exact scope of the duplicated event can be set as can be seen below.

Expired Document Clarity

We have made a number of changes to how participants are informed and instructed to update their expired documents:

• Links within expiration emails all go to the relevant questionnaire rather than the documents tab
• The email wording has been amended so the next steps are clearer
• When on a questionnaire, a message is shown at the top detailing which questions require updating
• From the dashboard, participants can clearly where they are in the on-boarding process for each SIM Dojo event

Other Changes

We have made a number of daily processes easier by improving UI across many screens in the system, including:

• Participants are instructed on how to add additional team members to SIM events they have been invited to
• Categories can now have double the characters
• Where approvals in SIM Dojo have been escalated, this is highlighted within the pending approvals section of the actions tab 
• The SIM Dojo audit log has been revisited to improve the user experience
• Multiple entries can be removed from the Participant Database at once

• New developments in SIM Dojo to add custom categorisation against suppliers and automate more of the on-boarding process
