We’re excited to announce the release of the new home page for the Market Dojo suite of products!
Pulling data from all modules, users will be able to view key statistics on their procurement activity.
Settings
Users can choose to display only their own events, keeping a close eye on any outstanding actions. Or they may choose to view all events they have permission to view, allowing for managers to easily review how their team is performing.
Currency values are converted for display on the dashboard, meaning that companies working in multiple currencies can still see all their savings in one place. The conversion rates are determined by our daily updated API, so what you see is a real reflection of the current situation.
Where some widgets are not required, it is also possible to turn them off from within the Dashboard Settings.
Sourcing Dojo
For users of Sourcing Dojo and Quick Quotes there are two main widgets showing sourcing activity.
The event widget details gives an overview of your sourcing activity; including how long a typical sourcing event takes, and how many suppliers have been involved in tenders through the system.
Our savings widget displays how successful your sourcing has been during your time with Sourcing Dojo and Quick Quotes. It is possible to view savings from RFQs, Sourcing Dojo events with auctions, in-auction savings and Quick Quotes. A thorough explanation of the calculation can be found via the info icon.
SIM Dojo
The widgets for onboarding provide a quick look at how well participants are progressing through the process.
The Onboarding Statuses have been assigned as either the responsibility of the host or the participant and counts are shown against each one, alongside how many have completed onboarding.
This is shown in combination with a widget on Document Status to provide insight on compliance within the supply chain.
Contract Dojo
Contract Dojo data is split into key statistics and a graphical breakdown.
The number of active contracts in the system is shown, alongside how many are expiring or expired. The total values across all contracts are tallied, and converted using a daily updated API.
The pie chart widget allows users to switch between multiple views, seeing how many contracts are stored based on category, type or which contracts are expiring.
SRM Dojo
The total number of contacts and suppliers are clearly presented, with the same ownership filtering as for the other widgets.
Activities are shown based on their type and current status, meaning it is easier than ever to track your next task.
