We Have Been Shortlisted! For Procurement Technology Of The Year 2020
Starting off 2020, the Market Dojo development team completed the long term project of adding Multi-Stage RFQs to our eSourcing tool. However, they have also been working to provide a host of other functionality improvements that were asked for by our users.
Here are just some of the features we have released:
‘My Events’ View
From the main dashboard of Market Dojo, user now have the ability to limit the information being viewed to only their events.
From the profile admin menu, or the dashboard settings pop-up, a new option is shown to view ‘All Events’ or ‘My Events’. When set to view ‘My Events’ all of the widgets on the dashboard will be adjusted to only show events the current user owns.
We have had a number of requests to add exporting to various pages of the system. This month two new downloads have been introduced; for the participant database and individual participant groups:
SIM Recycle Bin Enhancements
When deleting a participant from your SIM Event, we have introduced two new features that make it easier to audit this process.
Upon clicking the delete button for a participant, notes can be added to explain the reason for their deletion.
Within the recycle bin, these notes can be viewed within the grid. A search bar has also been added to quickly find participants that have previously been deleted.
Easier Document Updating
To prevent the need to update all document links within the event brief and question descriptions, an option has been included against each document to update the file attached. In doing so a new document can be uploaded and all links to this document within the event will be automatically updated to point to this new document.
A number of other system changes were introduced in January, a series of smaller enhancements that will make usage of the product simpler and quicker:
In the Works
We continue to develop features for both the long term and short term, with the following upcoming over the new few months:
