Here is what the Market Dojo development team have been working on recently…

Hyperlinking Documents

In many cases you may want to include a document within the event brief, questionnaire description or question description. Previously this could be achieved by sourcing the URL and manually including this, but we have now made it simpler to link to any document against the event.

When in a rich text field, by clicking on the ‘link’ option, users can allow participants to download documents directly from the text.

Escalating Approvals

When using Approval loops within SIM Dojo, along with a redesign of the tab, the ability has been added to escalate to another member of the team.

In additional to the existing ‘approve’, ‘reject’ and ‘hold’ options another button can be seen for ‘escalate approval’. On click, the user will be prompted to select the required team member and after pressing ‘add’ they will receive an email to review and ultimately approve or reject the participant.

Other Changes

The free text filtering for owners within SIM has been replaced with a multi-select list, meaning you can quickly view the participants against multiple members of your team.

We’ve updated the icon for participants signing up to a SIM events using a public questionnaire; to clarify the meaning

Participants will now be able to see the number of the section they are viewing within a questionnaire, to allow them to keep track of their progress.

We have also made multiple alterations to our translations in our ongoing goal to reach as many users as possible.

In the Works

There are a couple of features we have started to work on, that we expect to be with you soon:

• We are soon to release the ability to invite multiple users against a single participant within a SIM event, making it easier to reach the right contacts at your suppliers.
• Developments are being made within Contract Dojo to improve the UI and add more features to make management simpler
