Contract Dojo was Released!
We finished the first release of Contract Dojo, our new contract management tool. It was the product of many months’ work, and we are delighted to put it out for you to use.
Notes against Sourcing Events
To ensure that all information around an event can be stored in one place, we have added the ability to allocate a note against a participant or the event as a whole.
From the participant summary there is a new note icon, displaying the number of notes against that participant, and acting as a link to a filtered version of the new notes tab.
If navigating to the Notes tab directly, all of the notes for this event will be displayed with the ability to filter, edit or add a new note.
Along with the general status of a participant, a new tag has been added for the status of any participant uploaded documents. There are four available options:
Against each SIM questionnaire, there is now the option to set a deadline.
When participants are then assigned this questionnaire, they will see the deadline date within the email, and when interacting with the questionnaire within SIM Dojo. This has been included to provide a sense of urgency in cases where responses are not forthcoming.
To ensure all of your suppliers are referenced correctly across all of your internal systems, we now allow an ID to be assigned within the Supplier Details tab.
Within the SIM Settings admin tab, a new option has been added to determine who on the procurement team should receive email updates about the participant.
This can be set as the SIM event owner, or the Participant owner and will ensure that all emails from the system pertinent to that participant will go to that individual.
Two new Action areas are now included on the actions tab to flag participants who have recently uploaded previously expired documents, or who the host has made a decision on in the past 7 days.
Market Dojo events that are in Current or Closed status can now be deleted, helping to clear accounts of old events or testing.
The content within Help Dojo continues to broaden; with more answers and guidance available to all users.
Our language capabilities continue to expand, with traditional Chinese added, and we are always looking to grow the available options.
