It’s not quite Christmas yet, but the development team have been working on some early presents…

Calendar view of events

We have added a calendar view so that you can see, at a glance, when you (and your team) have events taking place. We hope this will help both hosts and participants with planning activities.

SIM Participant Owner

You can now assign an owner for each SIM Participant.

If you don’t want to assign an owner the system defaults to assigning the overall event owner (which is what happened before).

Communication with the participant will be managed by the owner. Any emails will include the name of the owner, which makes it easier for participants to recognise when they need to take action.  Being able to see who is managing which suppliers also helps with managing the teams activities.

SIM – Put Participant ‘On Hold’

When you are onboarding suppliers, you can now put them ‘On Hold’

In some cases, it is necessary to wait for certain external actions to take place.  In this case, the new ‘On Hold’ status can be used to record this fact. It helps to clearly indicate that some further information is needed, and to report on how many Suppliers this affects.

Quick Quotes – Export Report

You can now more easily export your results from Quick Quotes!

The format is the same as we already provide in Market Dojo, so you can easily perform further analysis on the results of your Quick Quote event!

Other changes

We have also made a lot of other improvements in this release. Our French translations have been revamped; we have made performance improvements, and some smaller User Interface changes to make the way we display information clearer.
