New release – November 2019

As winter has drawn in, Market Dojo have continued to keep their products warm by releasing the following changes that will make our users’ lives a little bit easier; our version of an early Christmas present.

Table Question Reporting

When downloading a questionnaire report from Market Dojo, table questions will now show as fully formatted tables; rather than within a single cell.

This applies to downloads performed by hosts, scorers and participants.

Contract Dojo Readily Accessible

All host users can now see Contracts as a menu option.

Those who have been granted access will be able to try configuring 10 free contracts within the tool, and anyone without access will instead receive a splash screen with information about the module, including how to request permission to use it.

Deleting Documents UI

We have amended the mechanism by which documents are deleted from the system, to ensure that users do not experience a delay when tidying up events. Documents will be removed instantly from the user interface, allowing other tasks to be performed.

Other Changes

We have made several daily processes easier by improving UI across many screens in the system, including:

• A number of improvements to our translations across several languages
• Adjustments to the SIM Dojo workflow to ensure statuses are accurate and up-to-date
• The Supplier Reference Number available within SIM Dojo is now shown when downloading the Participant Summary list
• When in SIM Dojo, filtering options will be open by default if you left them open when navigating away

In the Works

With the new year on the horizon, there is plenty more to come from the team before we move into 2020.

• The document renewal process is being made clearer and easier for participants taking part in on-boarding
• Quick Quotes is growing in functionality to make it more flexible
• A new question type is being made available for questionnaire creation
• Multiple download options are being added against various screens
• New developments in SIM Dojo to add custom categorisation against suppliers and automate more of the on-boarding process
