Here is the latest instalment of our regular release update series…
We have added a new support widget to Market Dojo.
The widget appears in the bottom right corner of the page. You can still access live chat from inside the widget. We hope the support widget will give our customers faster access to all the help resources we have available across the site, without needing to leave the page.
We have added Videos, Help Articles and Walkthroughs. We will be adding more content in the days to come.
We have made more improvements to the way in which scorers are assigned to score questionnaires.
As our customers create larger and more complex questionnaires, they need to involve more scorers in assessing the answers. This has meant that managing the scorers has become increasingly complex.
We are working on a number of improvements to help with this. The first of those is to give more feedback when scorers are being assigned. In the screenshot below, we can see a snapshot of the moment when a scorer is assigned to the Entire questionnaire. As this happens, Market Dojo shows a spinner so that is clearly a change is in progress. The spinner only stays on-screen for a few moments (it was tricky to get this screenshot) but makes it very clear something is happening, and prevents the user from making further changes.
This may seem like a small change, but we believe it will help prevent further problems when assigning scorers and is the first of a series of changes we are making in order to support larger questionnaires with more scorers.
In addition to the visual change, we have also made a number of improvements to the way that scorers are assigned and changed. This should make the process simpler and more efficient, for all questionnaire events, but particularly those which have many different scorers.
Almost every one of our users accesses the dashboard when they log in. This means any improvements we can make on the dashboard have a big impact. We have made some amendments to the way data is loaded, so the dashboard should appear faster, allowing people, to get on with their tasks more quickly.
This release lays the groundwork for some big new features coming next month, helping users to manage event dates more effectively.
It includes a total of 88 bug fixes and smaller changes that will make Market Dojo even better.
