COVID-19 Market Dojo's Official Statement To Our Customers
We have received some questions from customers about how we will be reacting to the current situation. Things are changing very fast, so we are monitoring the latest advice and adjusting our approach accordingly.
We have encouraged our staff to work from home and are very fortunate to have been built as a remote-friendly company from the beginning. This means that all our systems and processes are compatible with home-working. We have not yet fully closed our office, but all staff have the ability and authority to work from home.
Our support team will continue to operate as normal, albeit from a different location. Our account management and customer success staff will not be travelling or attending face to face meetings but will endeavour to find alternative ways to help our customers.
Other areas of the business will continue to work as normally as possible, although we will cancel team events and meetings will be conducted remotely.
We are encouraging everyone at Market Dojo to play their part in supporting vulnerable people and minimising the impact of this crisis.
With so much uncertainty at the moment, Market Dojo are doing our bit to help procurement teams mitigate risk. With this in mind, we are offering a no cost ‘COVID-19’ Risk Awareness RFI within our Global Templates feature.
The purpose of the RFI is to identify appropriate contingency plans to potentially save jobs and minimise supply chain disruption.
